Now, as a subsidiary of Yellowtail | Conclusion, it will continue to serve its customers under the Davinci Consulting name. The move allows Ohpen to focus on its cloud-native SaaS solution as it expands internationally.
\nIn September 2020, Ohpen acquired Davinci Group, Europe’s number one STP loan and mortgage software company, with the aim of integrating its Close software solution with Ohpen's platform, to become the only core banking engine to offer a full suite of products for challengers and incumbents. Davinci’s consulting arm, a key part of the group, has now been acquired by Yellowtail.
